How we handle your information.

1. What we collect

When you request a build or become a client, we collect what you give us: your name, your company or portfolio, your contact details, and the information about your properties and after-hours rules used to build your desk. When your desk answers calls, it captures what callers say. Those notes and details are delivered to you as the organization responsible for them.

2. What we use it for

One thing: building, running and improving your service. Mapping your policy, building your desk, delivering your incident records and morning reports, and updating your desk when you tell us something changed.

3. What we never do

We never sell your information or your callers' information. We never share it except with the technology providers required to operate the service, who process it on our instructions. They are named in the data processing agreement.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe handles those under its own security standards.

5. This website

rushproof.ca uses the Google Ads tag to measure whether visits that start from one of our ads lead to a call, a text, a form or a Talk to rushproof session. The tag sets Google advertising cookies in your browser. It does not read anything you type on this site and no form contents are sent to Google. You can block these cookies in your browser settings and the site works the same.

Talk to rushproof, the live demo on this site, runs on ElevenLabs. Starting a session uses your microphone with your permission, and the conversation is written up as text so we can review how the desk performed. No audio is kept.
