The clinic phone problem
A veterinary front desk is asked to do two jobs at once: care for the anxious owner standing at the counter and answer the anxious owner on the phone. During a busy clinic day, one of them always waits. After close, the caller with a sick animal gets voicemail at the exact moment they most need a voice.
What your front desk does
It answers every call in seconds, day and night. Appointments and recheck visits are booked straight onto your calendar. Hours, services, and anything else you've published are answered accurately, and callback details are captured cleanly for anything your team should handle personally.
Emergencies are handled the way you'd want. During your hours, a caller describing an emergency is told to come in right away and your team is notified at once. After hours, the desk gives your chosen emergency hospital by name, phone number and address, immediately, so a frightened owner is never stranded with a ringtone.
What it will never do
It never gives medical advice. Not a dose, not a guess about symptoms, not a "you're probably fine." Anything clinical goes to your team or to the emergency hospital, full stop. That line is built into every veterinary desk we ship and it is not configurable, because your license and your patients deserve better than an improvising machine.
